There are Rennies throughout Scotland, but this family tree deals with the Rennies in and around Kilsyth in Stirling. There were various spellings of Rennie throughout the years, including Renny, Ranny, Rany, Raynie, and Rainie. Spellings were not consistent, even for the same individual. I have listed all the names as Rennie for simplicity.
